Free Comments offers three plans. See full details on the pricing page.
- Free — 1 site, free comments and AI chatbot indexed from your sitemap, 100 pages crawled per month, full moderation tools, small ad inside the widget, conversations not stored.
- Pro — 1 site, ad-free widget, full chatbot knowledge base (custom URLs + manual Q&A), 1,000 pages crawled per month, priority support.
- Agency — everything in Pro, up to 10 sites, 1,000 pages crawled per month, priority support.
Upgrading or downgrading your plan
Log in to Free Comments and go to Pricing then click the "Manage subscription" button in your current plans box. On the next page, click "Cancel subscription". You can then go back to the Pricing page to choose a new plan, should you wish to.
Checkout is handled securely by Stripe — we never see your card details. Your paid plan features unlock immediately after payment.
You can also update your payment method on this screen.
Deleting your account
From your profile you can permanently delete your account. This removes your profile, all your registered sites, and every comment ever posted to those sites. The action cannot be undone.
